Tomasz Juroszek

Tomasz Juroszek is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in International Business from the Base Business School in London (formerly known as Cass Business School).
Since 2022, Tomasz Juroszek has been member of management board of Betplay Capital and Juroszek Holding. Since may 2023, he is a member of the board in Gaming Innovation Group.

Mateusz Juroszek

Mateusz Juroszek is a graduate of the Faculty of Strategic Management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has been involved in the iGaming sector for 20 years. He has gained experience as the long-standing CEO of Poland's largest bookmaker, STS , and as an investor in several industry businesses around the world.
From 2012 to 2023, Mateusz Juroszek was the CEO of the STS Group. He took up the position at the age of 25. At that time, STS was an unprofitable operator losing its market share. During Mateusz Juroszek's term of office, the company increased its revenue several times and became the largest bookmaker in Poland, with over 2 million players. It also began to stand out through innovative sportsbetting and technological solutions. As CEO, Mateusz Juroszek also converted STS from a retail-based model to an online one, with a particular focus on mobile.
In 2021, he successfully conducted an IPO of the STS Group on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company's capitalisation at the time of the IPO was approximately EUR 850 million. In 2023, Mateusz Juroszek sold a majority stake in STS Group and it became part of the Entain Group through the Entain CEE vehicle - a joint venture of the London-listed Entain Group, EMMA Capital and the Juroszek Family which valued STS Group at EUR 880 million. The goal of Entain CEE is to integrate leading operators from Central Europe. Mateusz Juroszek, together with his family, has a 10% equity stake in the Company. He also sits on its Board of Directors.

Robert Huczko
Equity Analyst
Robert Huczko is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Katowice. He graduated in Finance and Accounting with a specialisation in Financial Analytics. From June 2019, he was employed at STS S.A. for four years in the finance department.

Kacper Koproń is a graduate of the Faculty of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems with interdisciplinary specializations in the field of corporate financial management and financial investments at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 2016-2023, he worked at the Trigon Brokerage House as an Equity Analyst, specializing in covering video games, gambling and new technologies industries as well as in equity transactions in the video games sector.
